2. Purpose Neerodai is a registered charitable trust dedicated to serving food to the underprivileged at their homes. All donations collected are used solely for charitable and social welfare activities.
3. Donations Donations made through Razorpay or any other approved payment method are voluntary and non-refundable. Donors must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, and email) as required by Razorpay for processing payments and issuing receipts. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card or banking details. All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay’s encrypted system.
4. Tax Exemption If applicable, we will issue receipts for eligible donations under relevant sections of the Income Tax Act (e.g., Section 80G). Please provide complete details to receive such receipts.
5. Use of Funds All donations will be used exclusively for Neerodai’s charitable activities, including food distribution, community welfare, and operational expenses necessary for these programs.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors. Refund requests should be emailed to us within 7 working days with transaction details.
7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from failed transactions due to internet connectivity, payment gateway errors, or incorrect donor information.
8. Changes to Terms Neerodai reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website.
